Once your event is booked, you'll receive a planning questionnaire to help us understand your event timeline, priorities, guest count, and overall vision.
Before your event, we'll work together to identify key moments, important family members, special details, and any must-have photographs.
During your event, we'll document the celebration as it unfolds while remaining professional, organized, and attentive to every important moment.
After your event, your images will be professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs.

What types of events do you photograph?
We photograph a wide variety of events including birthdays, baby showers, engagement parties, bridal showers, corporate events, banquets, galas, anniversaries, fundraisers, and other special celebrations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons and weekends.
Can I add additional coverage after booking?
Yes. Additional coverage hours may be added based on availability.
What is the Event Highlight Film?
The Event Highlight Film is a cinematic video showcasing key moments, details, and memories from your event, creating a beautiful keepsake you can relive for years to come.
What is Rush Gallery Delivery?
Rush Gallery Delivery moves your event gallery to the front of our editing queue, allowing your images to be delivered up to two weeks sooner than our standard 4–6 week editing timeframe. Availability may be limited during peak seasons.
When would I need a second photographer?
A second photographer is ideal for larger events, multiple event spaces, larger guest counts, or occasions where simultaneous coverage is beneficial.
How will my images be delivered?
Your images will be professionally edited and delivered through a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photographs.
